It does not contain animal proteins and it can be used in GMO free compound feed!

Advantages

• Due to its moderate crude protein content (20%) and high crude fibre content (40%), it is excellent substitute for alfalfa.
• Its unique fibre composition (NDF, ADF, ADL) makes it an essential component of rabbit compound feed.
• Its high ADF content (cellulose, lignin) is an advantage for rabbits. It improves the rate of passage of digesta and mucosa functionality, and its role as a substrate for microbiota. All of these factors are related to rabbit health and performance.
• In the recommended dosage (max. 20% of compound feed), it does not have a negative effect on nutrient digestibility (e.g. crude protein, crude fat).

DIGESTIBILITY OF NUTRIENTS OF SUNPRO^®-20

The digestibility of dry matter (55%) and organic matter (55%) of SunPro^®-20 is similar to regular rabbit diet, but these values are higher for crude protein (83%), crude fat (94%) and nitrogen-free extract (76%). On the contrary, the crude fibre digestibility is low (11%).
